Our Team

Creating Hope Foundation is made possible by the support of our donors, relationships, and our board members. Sofia leads the way, and so many step up to support her vision! Here are just a few, but we will always feel so much gratitude for all who step in and step up to make things happen!

Lara Kulpa, Founder

Lara is Sofia’s Mama, so really, her title should be “CO-founder”, but since Sof can’t sign any documents, Mama will have to.

She is an artist and business owner, and loves talking with Sofia about her ideas, goals, and where she wants to devote her attention to next. Lara says that parenting a kid with such a huge heart for others is truly the most rewarding thing she’s ever truly done!

Elizabeth Peterson, Board Member

Liz is a wife, mother, and business manager, whose passion for community and service are what guides her in life. She is truly an incredible asset to the CHF board, and we are fortunate to have her wisdom, friendship, and heart!

Liza Krupski, Board Member

Liza is a wife, mom, and elementary school teacher who happened to meet Sofia for the first time and promptly call Lara to tell her that she has met an “old soul”. Since then, the two have had an incredible bond, and Liza didn’t hesitate for a moment when asked to join the board of directors for this new venture for Sofia. CHF is quite lucky to have her!
